Reinsurance
Reinsurance is an arcane and sophisticated practice area in which the skill and experience of the attorney can increase the likelihood of a desirable outcome. Loree & Loree offers skilled, hands-on, representation in reinsurance and reinsurance-related matters, albeit on what we believe is a more cost-effective basis than large firms typically offer.

Commercial and Industry Arbitration
Loree & Loree offers representation to clients involved in commercial and industry arbitration proceedings, and in litigation arising out of the Federal Arbitration Act, including the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.

Insurance Coverage and Other Insurance-Related Matters
As a natural outgrowth of our reinsurance practice, Loree & Loree also offers representation to insurance industry clients involved in insurance coverage and other contentious or non-contentious insurance-related matters. While knowledge of insurance law alone is insufficient background to understand reinsurance law and practice, to understand reinsurance one must also understand insurance coverage principles and a number of other areas of insurance law and practice. In addition to handling reinsurance matters, Mr. Loree Jr. is experienced in handling insurance coverage and insurance-related matters, particularly in the property and casualty and life insurance areas and including matters involving agents, brokers and third party administrators.

Mr. Loree Sr. was born and raised in Hornell, New York and currently resides and works in North Hornell, after having spent many years living and working in the New York City metropolitan area. Mr. Loree Sr. is actively involved in community service there, serving on the boards of a local hospital and a health-care related charity.
